COVID-19 update
We no longer have Covid vaccines at the surgery and we are not expecting a further delivery. Please book via the NHS Covid 19 Vaccine Booking website or attend a walk-in centre.
If you have received a letter from a consultant advising you to have a 4th vaccine, you can book at a hub or take your letter(or any hospital letter detailing your medical condition) or an up to date medication box showing your name and date issued to a walk-in centre.
The surgery is unable to provide fit for travel letters, proof of recovery from covid letters or letters to authorise a person to have the vaccination early. These are Government led and you are advised to contact 119 or to look at the government website.
We are unable to provide a letter of exemption for the covid vaccination unless you have had an anaphylactic reaction to an ingredient of the vaccine.
We are aware that patients are receiving texts and/or emails from the NHS reminding them to have their booster vaccination when they have already had this; unfortunately, this is nothing to do with the Surgery therefore please do not contact us.
Demand
We are still experiencing a high volume of demand for our services, and it is very disappointing to see an increased amount of patients not turning up for pre-booked appointments which could have been offered to someone else. You can cancel by text, send an email through our website or by calling us.
